Full Wedding Day Planning & Production

Investment: $12,500 — includes Alex and 2 Reiss Events team members on-site for the full wedding day (Saturday). No travel fee or accommodations additional.

Friday rehearsal/welcome event support available as an add-on at a later date. No travel fee or accommodations.

PLANNING & DESIGN

  • Kickoff meeting to establish vision, priorities, budget, and overall direction

  • Creative direction and design — mood boards, color story, floor plans, and styling concepts

  • Budget development and tracking, including vendor payment schedule

  • Full vendor sourcing — curated recommendations and booking across every category (catering, florals, entertainment, rentals, photo/video, beauty, transportation, and more)

  • Review of all vendor contracts prior to signing to flag gaps, open items, and terms

VENDOR & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • Single point of contact for all vendors — confirmations, logistics, and final details

  • Coordination of vendor needs with Montauk Yacht Club (power, access, staging, etc.)

  • Comprehensive timeline and run-of-show for the wedding day, built and distributed to all vendors ahead of time

  • Ongoing check-ins through planning, plus a final venue walkthrough to lock every detail

CONTINGENCY & LOGISTICS

  • Weather and rain plan — confirmed backup layout and call-time protocol with the venue & vendors

  • Guidance on event insurance, plus collection and review of vendor certificates of insurance

  • Load-in, load-out, and breakdown scheduling coordinated across all vendors

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Room block management — negotiating and holding room blocks, tracking pickup, and serving as the point of contact with the hotel/venue for reservations

  • Transportation coordination — guest transfers, shuttle scheduling, and arrival/departure logistics end to end

  • Welcome gifting and guest communication

  • Dedicated staffing towards VIP guests/family throughout the weekend

WEDDING DAY PRODUCTION

  • Full on-site management from first arrival and load-in through final breakdown

  • Direction of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party flow

  • Oversight of all setup, styling, and décor — signage, paper goods, and personal elements

  • Secure handling of personal items, gifts, and keepsakes, plus discreet on-site problem-solving so you and your families are never pulled away from the day
